Standard processing is up to 6 weeks for made-to-order rings, plus 1-4 business days for Australian Express shipping (1-2 weeks internationally).

Express order processing is available for an additional $400, which guarantees dispatch within 3 weeks.

Every ring includes a lifetime warranty on the stone. Your moissanite or lab-grown diamond is covered for life against loss of sparkle, fire, or clarity. Moissanite does not go cloudy, dull, or change colour over time.

The warranty also covers any faults caused by our crafting, such as a stone loosening from a setting that was not built correctly. Repairs covered by the warranty are completed at our Melbourne workshop, free of charge.

It does not cover damage from heavy impact, snagging, or general wear-and-tear, since these are caused by daily use rather than a fault in the make. We can repair these at cost.

Yes, almost every ring in our collection can be customised:

• Metal: 9k, 14k, or 18k gold (white, yellow, or rose), or platinum
• Centre stone size: 1ct to 8ct standard, larger sizes on request
• Setting: bezel, prong, halo, hidden halo, and more
• Band: plain, pavé, half-pavé, or with side stones

For fully custom designs, book a consultation by appointment — Melbourne studio or video call. Custom-made rings take up to 6 weeks to complete.

Your first resize within 3 months is complimentary, including return shipping both ways.

• Most rings can be re-sized within 4 sizes
• Rings with stones set into the band can be re-sized within 2 sizes
• Resizing takes 2-5 business days at our Melbourne workshop

If you are not sure of the size, we can post you a free ring sizer. Most jewellers will also size for free, no purchase required. For a surprise proposal, a friend or family member who knows your partner can often find out the size discreetly.

Each ring is made specifically for that order, so we do not offer change-of-mind refunds on custom-made rings. We can typically rework the ring (change the setting, swap the band style, adjust the stone size) for a fee that varies by the change.

For ready-to-ship rings, we look at change-of-mind requests case-by-case.

The best way to reduce risk is to book a consultation by appointment before ordering. Many couples do.

Yes. Every centre stone arrives with a digital certificate of authenticity:

• Moissanite: graded by GRC at D-E colour and VVS clarity
• Lab-grown diamonds: IGI certified for cut, colour, and clarity

The grading scale is the same as for mined diamonds. D-E colour is the highest grade (essentially colourless) and VVS clarity means no impurities visible to the naked eye. Stones can be verified by any independent gemmologist or third-party lab.

Yes. Our Southbank studio (Level 7, 80 Dorcas Street, Melbourne) is open by appointment. Appointments are private. Just you, your partner if you are shopping together, and one of our jewellers.

For couples elsewhere in Australia or internationally, we offer consultation by appointments. We will show you rings on camera and walk through the design process.
