At Moissanite Engagement Rings, we take pride in using only the finest gemstones and exceptional craftsmanship to create bespoke, ethical, and affordable pieces designed to last a lifetime. To uphold this commitment, all our engagement and ceremonial pieces come with a limited Lifetime Warranty.

What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers

1. Craftsmanship:
   • Issues such as unstable settings or flawed metal finishes due to manufacturing defects.
   • Any faults related to craftsmanship identified within the first few weeks of wear will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Postage costs for returns under these circumstances will also be covered (optional postage insurance is available at the customer’s expense).
2. Gemstone Optical Properties:
   • Lifetime coverage for the optical properties (clarity, color, fire, luster, and brilliance) of our Lauded Gemstones.
   • Lifetime coverage for the optical properties of our Lab Diamonds (IGI or GIA Certified).

If you believe your ring qualifies under our warranty, contact us to arrange an assessment. Rings showing signs of improper care, such as misshapen settings, will be repaired at the customer’s expense.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the metal).
• Damage due to improper care or misuse (e.g., corrosion, chipped or cracked stones, discolored metal).
• Lost stones caused by damage or delayed maintenance.
• Loss or theft of your ring.
• Repairs, maintenance, or alterations by third-party jewelers without prior approval from our team.
• The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase.

Shipping
We offer complimentary express shipping for all domestic and international orders:

• Domestic: Delivery within 1-3 business days.
• International: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply. These are the customer's responsibility and must be paid to release the parcel. Moissanite Engagement Rings will not issue refunds for parcels refused due to unpaid duties.

Returns and Exchanges

• We do not accept refunds, credits, or exchanges for Custom Designs (including engagement rings, ceremonial rings, fine jewelry, loose stones, or sale items). As all designs are made to your specific size. 
• A 30-day exchange or refund policy applies to Ready-to-Wear Rings, provided they are unworn and in original condition.
• The Australian Consumer Law guarantee applies where relevant.

Custom Designs and CAD Approvals
For bespoke or custom rings, a CAD design will be provided within 1-2 weeks of purchase. Customers must approve the design within 7 days, after which crafting will proceed. Amendments can only be made before CAD approval. Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be accommodated.

Resizing
We offer one complimentary resize within three months of purchase, accommodating up to four sizes up or down, or two sizes for pave rings. Additional resizes or resizing for certain materials (e.g., platinum, sterling silver, zirconium) will incur a fee starting at $80. Customers cover shipping to us; return shipping is complimentary.

Complimentary Servicing
Engagement and ceremonial rings are eligible for complimentary lifetime servicing, including inspection, professional cleaning, polishing, and prong tightening. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Engraving
Complimentary engraving is available during the crafting phase. Post-crafting engraving requests start at $50, while re-engraving fees begin at $100.
