Production Warranty
Our jewellery is made by expert Jewellers, every piece of our Jewellery goes through a quality control process before being delivered to you. 

If on the rare occurence a manufacturing fault is found in your Jewellery we will repair or replace it for free. 

Your jewellery is delicate and pressure can easily bend the metal, bending from heavy pressure can cause the structure of jewellery to be altered and our policy isn't able to cover damage caused from lack of care.

Returns:

As your jewellery is custom made to fit correctly returns can't be accepted for change of mind or if the sizing selected is outside of re-sizing range (a change within 4 sizes or 2 sizes for rings with stones on the band)

If there is any fault in the make we can fix the fault for free or provide a refund. 

We have 180 day window for returns or fixes for faults. Faults must be due to our crafting and not from customer damage. 

We can also exchange a faulty ring for an equivalent store credit or design of equivalent value. 

Lifetime Warranty On Engagement Rings and Stone Setting
Your gemstone is covered for life to keep it's sparkle and durability.

If not we will replace it for free and only charge the re-setting cost.

A Moissanite can only be scratched by a diamond.

With normal everyday wear and care the stone will not chip or shatter.

Returning Jewellery or Stones to Moissanite Engagement Rings

• Contact us first to advise us you'd like to return the pieces and let us know the defect, this defect must be found by our team in order to receive a refund

IMPORTANT:
Moissanite Engagement Rings reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange to any customer the price of the jewellery if:

• Damage to the Jewellery from excessive force or pressure can be seen.
