How long will it take to craft my ring?

Every ring is made to order. Once you approve your design we begin the make, and your ring is usually ready within 6 weeks. Each piece is made in Melbourne and dispatched from our Southbank studio. Working to a proposal date? Our express service brings the make down to 3 weeks for an additional $300. Tell us the date and we will plan the make around it.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

Every ring comes with a lifetime stone and craftsmanship warranty. If a stone develops a fault or a setting fails because of a defect in workmanship, we put it right at no cost. Normal wear is excluded, so chips from impact and gradual surface wear are not covered, although we can usually repair wear damage for a fair price. Free re-polishing is included under the lifetime warranty, so your ring can come back for a refresh whenever it starts to look tired.

Can I resize my ring later?

Yes. We offer a free resize within 3 months on all our engagement rings, including return shipping both ways. Fingers change over the years, and a surprise proposal sometimes means an educated guess on size, so this is one of the most used services we offer. If you would rather get the size right before you order, ask us for a ring sizer and we will send one out.

What if I want to return my ring?

Because every ring is made to order to your exact specification, we cannot offer change-of-mind returns. What we do instead is make sure you are completely confident before any metal is cast: you approve the final design first, and if the finished ring does not match what you approved, the craftsmanship warranty covers it. If the size is wrong, resizing is free within the first 3 months.

Are your stones certified?

Yes. Our moissanite is D-E colour, VVS clarity and GRC certified. Our lab-grown diamonds are DEF colour, VVS clarity or better, and IGI certified. Your centre stone certificate comes with your ring.

How should I clean my ring at home?

Warm water, a drop of mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush will handle almost everything. Soak the ring for a few minutes, brush gently behind the stone where skin oils collect, then rinse and pat dry. Avoid bleach, chlorine and abrasive cleaners, and take the ring off for gym sessions and gardening. When home cleaning is no longer enough, send it back: re-polishing is free under the lifetime warranty. Our full care guide goes deeper on day-to-day care.

Can I see rings in person before I buy?

Yes, by appointment. We hold 25-minute design consultations at the Southbank studio, where you can compare cuts, carat sizes and metals on the hand. My purchase is a surprise. How do we keep it a secret?

Discreetly. Parcels are plain on the outside with nothing that gives the contents away, and we can time dispatch so the ring does not arrive while your partner is home to sign for it. If you need help finding the ring size without asking, call us; we have a few reliable tricks.

Do you craft rings for international customers?

Yes. We design, craft and ship engagement rings to customers worldwide. Allow extra transit time on top of the 6-week make window, and note the video consultation works from anywhere.
