Made to order takes six weeks as standard, three on express.

Moissanite or diamond?

No wrong answer. Most people are unsure until they see both side by side.

What are you looking to spend?

A range is fine. It decides which stones we put in front of you.

Appointments are by application because Jarod runs every one personally. If we are not the right fit we will tell you.

Before you book

Is this a sales appointment?

No. You will not be asked to buy anything on the day and there is no deposit taken in the room. Jarod's job in those 25 minutes is to work out what you actually want and tell you what it costs. If that is more than you want to spend, he will say so.

I do not know anything about stones yet

That is the normal starting point and it is the reason to come in. Most people cannot tell moissanite from diamond until they see them next to each other, which is exactly what we set up.

I am not in Melbourne

Video consultations run the same way and take the same 25 minutes. We ship Australia wide, insured and free.

How soon can you actually make it?

Six weeks is standard and three weeks is possible on express, though express narrows what is achievable. If your date is inside six weeks, say so in the first question and we will be straight with you about whether it is realistic.

Do I need to bring anything?

Nothing. A screenshot of a ring you like helps, and a rough idea of her finger size, but neither is required.

What if I change my mind about the design?

Nothing is locked until you approve the CAD, and you see that before anything is cut. Changes before that point cost nothing.
